If you have ordered a subscription product your shipment will be delivered quarterly from the date you purchase. Please contact us if you need to adjust your shipping date.
We deliver all over Australia at a standard shipping rate of $13 per case for NSW, VIC and QLD and $18 for all other states.
OUR DELIVERY CARRIERS
We deliver through Fastway Couriers where possible. For PO Boxes or regional areas we use Australia Post. Your wine may be left for you as long as you leave specific details in your delivery instructions.

CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER
Pause or cancel your subscription at least 7 days before your shipping date. Just call 1300 508 795 and we’ll take care of it for you. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org but given we want to catch this as soon as we can, it’s best to call.
NO FUSS GUARANTEE: If you find a wine that is faulty or damaged in your Green Cube we’ll replace it and cover shipping as soon as possible. If you find a wine you don’t like and you call to tell us why, we’ll replace or credit that wine in your next shipment.
Under the Australian Consumer Law if the customer receives a faulty product or service they are entitled to a full refund including shipping costs.
All wines delivered to you by Green Cube Wines are covered by our No Fuss Guarantee. Green Cube Wines want you to enjoy your wines and tell all your friends (after all, we chose them because we loved them!)
Just call 1300 508 795 or email email@example.com we’ll take care of returns for you by either delivery driver picking up from your door, or you dropping it at your local post office.
Green Cube Wines accept returns from our Customers provided the following guidelines are met: The Customer must contact our Customer Service department within 3 months of the delivery and supply relevant information so that we can arrange a carrier to collect the wine. Green Cube Wines will then designate a carrier who will make arrangements by phone with the customer for the goods to be collected at a mutually convenient time. The goods must be packed as they were received, (If you don’t have the original box, don’t worry, any box that fits the wine will do.) We do ask that you ensure the box is in good condition, securely taped up and free from any dangerous materials, such as broken glass. Upon the receipt and validation of returned goods to Green Cube Wines, the customer’s account will be credited.
If a carton of wine is deemed undeliverable by the assigned carrier, they will advise Green Cube Wines, who will then attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery.
